Decision to halt
The Minister of Finance announced on 19 January 2024 a decision to halt mandatory KSeF, which was to take effect on 1 July 2024. The decision was based on an external technical audit.
Audit findings
- Performance issues — system unable to handle expected load
- Security vulnerabilities identified
- API required significant improvements
Voluntary use of KSeF remains available.
