Sole trader or limited company — which should I choose?
A sole trader business is simpler and cheaper to run but comes with full personal liability. A limited liability company protects your personal assets and offers tax optimisation opportunities, but requires full commercial bookkeeping. We are happy to help you choose the legal form that best suits your situation.
How long does business registration take?
CEIDG registration for a sole trader can be done in one business day. A limited liability company through S24 typically takes 2–3 business days. VAT registration usually takes up to 7 days. The entire process — from first contact to a fully registered company — usually takes no more than a week.
