What's changing?

The government has introduced changes to health insurance contributions to partially relieve entrepreneurs.

Key changes

  • Flat tax: 4.9% rate with a new annual cap
  • Lump sum: simplified rates for revenues up to PLN 120,000
  • Tax scale: partial deductibility of health contributions (up to PLN 11,600/year)
